SHIPPING & HANDLING:
We process orders Monday through Friday and ship them out within 1-3 days of placing the order.
Shipments do not ship out on holidays observed by the United States Postal Service which include: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order through Arrive! Please allow 2 days for the package to be entered into the tracking system. As soon as the package arrives at the facility it will be updated on the tracking page. If for some reason after 2 days you do not see the updated tracking information please contact us at Contact@juggernautenergy.com
Orders will be tracked through the app Arrive. We recommend you download it in the app store on iPhone and android devices.
Orders within the United States are typically delivered within 3-7 business days
Please note USPS estimates delivery dates and transit times can vary and are not guaranteed.
International orders can take up to 21 Days before arriving. This may vary due to holdups at the customs check resulting in longer than 21 days for arrival.
All Purchases are in US Dollars. Once payment has been processed by your bank, they then will convert the charge into your country’s currency.
VAT, Taxes, and Duties. For orders shipping Internationally, we do not calculate or collect taxes/duties at time of payment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check and abide by their countries regulations and policies. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department in the receiving country permits the contents of your order and if duties/tariffs are charged with the delivery. We will not issue refunds for shipping if your order is refused entry. You, as a customer, are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties that may apply.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address and is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” you will be notified by email and when the package is returned to our headquarters, a refund will be issued for the price of the product. Shipping is not refundable. This can take up to 10 days for refunds to be credited.
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Due to the delivery driver being able to leave the package at a safe location based on his own discretion we are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the delivery is confirmed.
Requirements for a Refund:
- Item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition
- Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging
- Item(s) must be shipped back with shipping insurance and a tracking number
- The product(s) must have been purchased from JuggernautEnergy.com
*Returns need be postmarked no later than 2 days after delivery date*

Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used.
Please contact us before returning any product to determine return eligibility.
If you choose to return your order without contacting Juggernaut Energy and it does not meet all our requirements, a refund will not be issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Things don’t go as planned sometimes and packages get damaged. Please let us know within 1 day of receiving your order of any damage.
After contacting us, please send us images of the damaged goods and packaging to our email firstname.lastname@example.org You will be contacted after we have reviewed the case.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
