2019 Esports Awards
As 2019 comes to an end, what better way to reflect on this past year in Esports than the annual E-Sports Awards. This year’s event was hosted in none other than Esports Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Many of the biggest organizations, streamers, content creators and competitive players showed up hoping to be crowned the best in 2019. Some of the weekend's top awards are player of the year, streamer of the year, organization of the year, the personality of the year and much more!
Nominees are based off fans nominating the player, org or company for a specific award and then a shortlist is compiled of the finalists. For all the awards except three (streamer of the year, the play of the year and organization of the year) are decided with a 25% community vote and 75% panel vote. As for the three exceptions, they are 100% community vote.
